Vael is like nothing we have seen in the game thus far. Ragnaros is a joke in comparison. There is simply no room for error in this encounter. Extreme damage output, death touch that quickly reduces your raid force, and a wicked DoT AE that never stops. This guy delivers, not only in the ass kicking department, but also in the fun factor department. After dozens of wipes over multiple nights, numerous roster and strategy adjustments, we finally brought this guy down. Props to Blizzard on such a well designed encounter.

In other news, this past month Agony obtained the 2nd Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros hammer on Doomhammer's horde side. Gratz Verato!

Special thanks to the leadership and members of Drunken Horde for providing the last ingots needed to complete the hammer. Agony has had the worst drop rate luck, but Drunken Horde came through for us so we could finish it. Also thanks to Entrada for doing the combine, we appreciate it.
