So first, I'd like to start this update off with a big FU Blizzard. FU for making your randomization on particular items so lame, words can't even describe it. We are currently 0/7 on Ingots off Golemagg... maybe we're just plagued with bad luck, we did nearly 8 months of MC slaying on our old server and only got 8 total ... while other guilds got in the upwards of 30 in that same time frame. So FU Blizzard... your randomization sucks ass.

Now, with all that being said, we had the most unique Molten Core raid we ever had tonight... the night started off in the usual Agony fashion .. get to a zone and start destroying everything in our path... things were right on track, Sulf, Golemagg, Domo all dropped as usual with little to no effort... then the real fun began.

We ran back to Ragnaros from Domo's area .. and started the usual routine .. spawn Ragnaros and let him kill everyone, as a reminder that beating mobs on the first try just isn't as fun as beating them on your second. So all that aside, we prepared for the Ragnaros attempt. We did the normal Ragnaros routine, grab your fire pots, dps pots etc etc and do an engage.

Things were going smoothly, no real problems ... Ragnaros drops to 42% and sure enough here come the sons, no biggie everyone does what they are supposed to, we kill the sons with ease .. and all move back to our Ragnaros positions... but Ragnaros didn't want to come back and play. So we wait ... and wait ... and wait some more ... and Ragnaros is just sitting there, turning around like he's got a bad case of the alcohol shakes as he stares down Agony members one by one... and yet we're just standing there. Every spell, melee ability, anything we tossed at him just bounced back "Immune"...

So, of course... we're like wtf ... so we figure well maybe the script is hosed, we'll wait until the 2nd wave of sons and see if it fixes itself... 3-4 minutes go by, no sons .. and yet Ragnaros is still just staring at us (but he's throwing his AE .. he's just not doing anything else) ... Finally after much wasted time, and fun screenshots of guildies "soloing" Ragnaros .. we decided to petition a GM.

Now, you know how the Blizzard GM system works ... petition, wait hours upon end for some lame GM to come and tell you that A) He can't refund your gold B) Your items in question are no where to be found C) Sorry but there is nothing they can do .. etc etc .. typical responses. Well this one not only had the gayest GM entrance tell ever, but ... also as with all GM's provided us no real help.



I'm sorry what ? A gentle breeze tinged with a hint of magic .. which then makes me feel some power in my mind... I mean is that not the gayest shit you've ever seen? We're not even on an RP server...

His answer to the problem: "Try zoning your guild out" ... oh shit, are you kidding me?! Who would have thought of that (We already were plowing our way back to zone in, by the way did I mention that we were all still stuck in combat from Ragnaros so we couldn't eat/drink on our plow back .. yah that was some real fun Ragnaros to entrance trash, with no eating or drinking kids!)

After a short time, we zoned out, and the GM informs me that "Hrm, he appears to have reset, come back in and try to kill him" ... say what? We have him nearly dead and now we have to start over? Ok, fine whatever... can we get some potion reimbursement? "No" .. uhm, ok that's gay ... can we get a repair bot at least since he broke some of our gear while bugged? "No" .. well fuck can you do ANYTHING of value to help since we wasted over a damn hour on a mob that broke? "Nope, sorry... is there anything else I can help you with tonight?"

Then, after of course doing nothing for us... he does it again!

Thanks for nothing GM..... so we walk back, beat the living shit out of Ragnaros and then head off to BWL ...

Fun eh? Not really, it was pretty lame wasting almost 2 hours on a mob because he bugged on us and I'm not talking "speculated" bugged, I mean he actually was in fact bugged ... but on the bright side my Unarmed skill is nearly maxed...

It's been almost a week since our last update, and things have been crazy. This week was a special week for Agony's leadership .. or more specifically their leader (me), it was my last day out in the real world with the boys before my life changes for the better.

To the Agony crew who's been with us forever.. you all know that I'm getting married next week... thanks for being supportive while I was out this week enjoying my bachlor party in California!

The clock is ticking... we have much to do in the next week!

Ebonroc, Flamegor dead. What a blast. Every time I step foot in Blackwing Lair I remember why I love WOW so much. The encounters in the zone are crisp and clean. They have a specific set of rules that you need to follow to win. Once you learn how to “speak the language” of the zone all you have to do is execute. Flamegor was changed with this last patch. Just a minor tweak, but a fun one to re-learn. Ebonroc is the best test of your warriors abilities so far in the game. Lucky for us we have some quick learning warriors who threw down the gauntlet on his ass on Agony’s third attempt, ever.


Thanks to Herc (who is just simply an amazing artist) you have some prepackaged entertainment in the form of awesome eye candy below this. Agony is rolling right along on the new server. After we smacked these two around we went ahead and let Chromaggus out of his cage to see what stank breath he has this week. Gonna toss him some mints and put his ass in the ground soon.
