I'd imagine very little other than the "wow" factor. 2 mb of memory? 55mhz speed? You'd use it for a dos solitaire game.

I've been putting buying one off since i'm a huge fan of embedded linux systems. You'd use it for data munging and/or presentation.

Random ideas:

1) Small terminal server (allows people to connect to a serial port via ethernet).
2) Data collection device (secure security logging console for example)
3) Network encryption device.
4) Plug into a GPS to create a GPS enabled webserver.
