I went to 2 shows of theirs back in 1998 before most knew about them (before Wonderboy was even written). They were great shows and they had to improv a lot to fill time in. I went to a show where they played with the sasquatch. Turns out the sasquatch was hanging out after the show and was John C. Reilly. Good times good times.

I didn't stumble onto them until Fuck Her Gently hooked me with it's sweet balladeering.

I have Pry to thank for The D. Back in the EQ days you played it while you were doing your disc jockey thing and you played Fuck Her Gently, after finding out that was The D I immediately went and got the rest of that album.
