PS - "I want to join the guild so I can get badass gear (on an alt)" is not the best way to make a good impression on people. I know that's probably not what you mean, but that's how what you're saying can be interpretted.

eh, by the time he levels a main on Doomhammer then levels an alt i'm sure the expansion will have gone live and MC will be trivial content.

and even so i would certainly hope all of us are activly plowing AQ and BWL and leaving MC int he dust very soon.

I couldn't give a rat's ass in hell whom gets the first Hand of Ragnaros.
My goal is to eventually obtain a full set of Ten Storms gear and an epic white wolf mount and walk mounted through Razor Hill. :B

And besides, I have a better chance of growing fungi on a steel wall than I have of getting the Hand of Ragnaros.

that depends on what kind of fungus you're trying to grow, and the type of steel wall, if it's old steel odds are it'll be weathered slighty and it it's natural rainwater not filtered pipewater fungus spres will travel in naturally and take hold, if the area is cold and damp you could possible have a decent growth within three weeks.
