Holy Shit TOTAL EMERGENCY (not really an emergency)

I have a LG Flatscreen monitor that allows the montor to spin and twist however you want it.
i.e you can adjust it to be landscape view or upside down or all other crazy shit, etc etc
but I never used that feature of it, because I didnt buy it for that shit.
Problem? I'm typing this shot on the screen as it's flipped 270 degrees and upside down.
Why? because I tripped as I was going to my puter and I pressed some random combination of keys.
Seriously I'm totally fucked. I'm looking what literature I saved from the purchase but I don't know how to re-adjust it

turns out it's control + alt + directional button

i was pretty drunk at the time and it seemed like a total emergency.
but seriously, imagine turning your monitor on its side and trying to function. gave me a splitting headache.
