Seriously, its a totally inacurate portrayal of history. It's being released in theaters soon. If you want some fiction go see Stardust or something.

sounds kinda lame anyhow, love stories set in period western, bleh. if i want to see historical accuracy i'll watch back tot he future III!

Hollywood rarely ever gets the facts straight but I am curious about what is so inaccurate that you have to point it out to us here.

I thought the South Park Mormon episode was the most realistic portrayal we're ever going to get of the story...
