Guitar Hero + Tempest + Wipeout

Postby remagi » Mon Feb 25, 2008 2:26 pm

It's here. It costs $10 (on Steam). It's worth it, especially because you can use any damn song you please from your collection.

The "racetrack" actually moves at different speeds based on tempo of the song, which is quite a bit different from GH/RB, as evidenced for example with Du Hast by Rammstein.

Most of the Youtube videos are in pussy "mono" mode, which is the easy mode to get big scores and not get screwed over in, but there are many different options to play, including the insanely hard Pointman Elite (shown here with Jordon).

Runs on just about any PC. $10 freakin dollars. It's worth it.

I was having some fun playing the demo of this last night. Definitely going to be buying the full version. Seems like a great way to waste time on.

Wow. I am looking forward to trying this on some of my bebop tunes. For you jazz fans, I can only imagine what surfing at 300+ bpm on a tune like anthropology or cherokee might be like...
