This is just awesome:

And there's a rap video for the physics geek in all of us here:

I can't wait to read about their results.

I specifically like the fact that there are a number of lawsuits which are currently attempted to stop the particale accelerators use deaming that it will supposedly "destroy the universe".

I always love to see humans and their stupidity in its full glory at times.

It is even more interesting that a number of these lawsuits are actually scheduled after the first initial operation of the particle accelerator is to occur.

Awesome Adrie! I was wondering why the LHC rap didn't get linked all over the place but at least it made it to Agony.

The LHC was actually scheduled to go online in May of this year but a lawsuit did actually delay opening operations until September. Cobaro there is the potential for a catastrophic event unlike anything any human being has ever witnessed-but it's on the same probability of an asteroid 500 kilometers wide smacking into the planet or dinosaurs rising from their graves and walking around with us. Personally I'm looking forward to the opening.

Well, if anything catastrophic occurs, I hope that the naysayers have time to say, "I told you so!" before everyone gets sucked into oblivion.

P.S. - no doom, you can't copyright the porn movie name "Sucked Into Oblivion", it's all mine! It's a riveting tale of a promiscuous blonde scientist with huge knockers that are so big, the LHC interacts with them in "quarky" ways! This is giving me a hadron!
