Heh... very cool, and pretty well done. But fake.
Don't read further if you want to maintain the illusion.
First, I've never been in an office building where individual light switches were controlled from a central location, which is what would be needed for that to work.
Plus, all the lights in the building are long-tube florescent bulbs (you can see it when they do the close up of the guy waving his arms)... which aren't nearly responsive enough to do what they are showing. You never see any flickering or delay when one of the lights turns on or off.
(In fact, in the close-up scene, when the room is dark, the 'angry man' isn't there).
