Sac is nominally pretty for a city in a wide open boring valley of farms. More trees than I've seen anywhere but up in the Pacific Northwest and wet mild winters. Unfortunately summers are hot and last 4-5 months and worst of all the air quality is shit.

While I kinda like the city, I definately can't wait to get out of here and move some place with breathable air and cooler temperatures. =)

In the 8 years I've lived here, this is a first for us... very wierd.

Verato.....dang....yea...we went out to have dinner with my mom in San Mateo and our car was covered in thick (like one inch)...scary ....hope tomorrow is better....

Hail in Seattle... Quite interesting since I've been in the New England/North east for the last 9 years and never seen Hail. Had to come to the west coast to see it =P

Last check, it snows once or twice a year around here =P

I'd personally love to see how many accidents must be happening from people never driving in snow before. Although I'm willing to bet it's melting as it hits the ground so it wouldn't really matter.

So in typical California fashion...it is sunny outside today....you would have no idea that we had all that crazy weather last night.

Last night Kommisar, Fauxpaw and I decided to drive out and meet my mom for dinner.

It was hard to get in a lane on 101 that was going faster than 20!! Finally got up to 50 mph....and it was just horrible...
