I bought a new video card on saturday, so later at night my dad was telling me he didn't like me using my money on games... so I told him that it was still my own money from my own work, that's it. Right after that he freaked out and said "you will not play any more video games in my house".. sadly there is nothin i can do at the moment..... its unfair and annoying, but freak I don't know when I can go back to playing again.

tell dear old dad that it's either sit at home on your ass playing online games with a great group of well grounded people or you can go outside, hang out with reckless friends, who do drugs, drive under the influence, participate in unprotected sex, share needles and generally just look like clowns with their dresses (well supposedly shirts, but hanging down that low it's a dress to me).

of courseif he says go out anyway, if you're under 18 go out, hi the hash pipe, get some good sex off a 16 year old girl, wreck his car while intoxicated, serve your 2 weeks in juvi then when you get home ask which oe he prefers.

oh then ask if he minds your 1 year old pregnant girlfriend moving in to live with you

he may be intruding on dads internet porn sessions...

oh, well in that case gtfo and stfu, porn is always more important than anything else.

I'm 17... but I think dad will say I can do w/e soon, because my awesome mom talked to him about it ..... So, I guess it might be a matter of days or who knows, not too long anyways, and if a week goes by and he doesn't say anything I'm just gonna have a little chat with him . But hopefully that won't happen.

Please, please, please, don't listen to Doomzayer. He's a dirty lonely old man who wants everyone else to be as miserable and lonely as he is I'm sure you can reasonably talk to your dad and things will work out ok, parents can just be stupid sometimes and get frustrated with life, jobs, families, whatever, and take it out on the kids so they feel that they have some control. Give your dad time to cool off and de-stress a bit, then have your chat and you'll be back online one day a week in no time! Seriously though, when you get your gaming priveledges back, you gotta be online more foo!

once? wtf woman i've said many valuable things, you don't listen close enough apparently.... i feel so ignored.

Just find something stupid your dad does (like watch tv or drink or whatever bullshit he does that wastes his time) and just stand and watch him while he does that.
