stargate worlds beta

hey guys. the stargate worlds beta starts this week. did any of you get in? im supposed to get my beta key on friday.

My friend in Australia really wants to get a new boomerang, but he just can't seem to throw the old one away.

Im in it but still haven't been able to get far enough in to do much testing.

If the beta is decent, I'll probably end up buying it. I'm just that into stargate. I'm not playing any MMOs right now and very few (if any) of my friends will pick it up. I'll just play it casually without any pressure to keep up with other folks.

SGW seems pretty cool from the previews i read. the idea of being able tot ravel to worlds all over via portals is cool but is the combat any fun? someone in beta want to weigh in?

Yeah I am with you Kyokan. I love Stargate (so bummed Atlantis is cancelled) so I'll be buying it whether it is good or not.

Yeah, it's over at the end of this season. They'll be making direct to video movies just like SG:1 has been and if they are of similar quality all will be well.

Good luck kaydog! :) They only open the piece of shit beta, once a week, for 2 hours, at a shitty fuckin time.

Like seriously, who the fuck can play at 4pm, if yer on the west coast and have a job?

Thankfully the assholes this week are opening it on Friday night at 7pm, for a few hours so I might actually get to check the beta out that I've been in since day one but haven't been able to try due to work!
