Who is this Mike Sampson?

When dealing with Juggalos I think Brock Sampson might be a better choice.

Guljit, Rathic had plenty of time to pen Morrissey-like ballads while he sat in the bowels of a nuclear missile silo in Montana. Woeful missives to an ambiguously gendered lover were the only thing that kept him from snapping and unleashing hell on Earth.
